Recently, Dwayne Johnson paid $27.8 million for the Beverly Park mansion once owned by comedian Paul Reiser.
Johnson, 48, a future presidential candidate, acquired the six-bedroom, 12-bathroom home in an off-market transaction on April 6.
The building is considered the largest in the prestigious Beverly Park neighborhood, home to luminaries such as Denzel Washington, Eddie Murphy, Sofa Vergara, Sylvester Stallone and Rod Stewart.
Multiple gates on the extremely private property make entry and exit from the property easy.
It includes a tennis court, a swimming pool and very sunny bathrooms, an indoor swimming pool, a large gym, a baseball field, a music room with recording studio, a cinema room, an elevator and a whopping 17,630 square feet. .
A long road lined with olive trees leads to the stadium in a secluded highland neighborhood above Beverly Hills. Additionally, the park has century-old trees, scenic trails and “hidden reserves.”
In January, Johnson put his luxury equestrian estate on the outskirts of Atlanta up for sale, but he received no offers.
He is the highest-paid actor in Hollywood for films like “Ballers,” “Jumanji” and the “Fast & Furious” franchise.
Johnson and his 2019 wife, Lauren Hashian, have two daughters together. He has a daughter from a previous relationship.
