After finishing 2023 with a victory, Travis Kelce is starting 2024 with another: spending time with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
Despite having just three receptions, the All-Pro tight end helped his Kansas City Chiefs win their eighth consecutive AFC West title by rallying past the visiting Cincinnati Bengals, 25-17.
Following that, the pair was driven in a golf cart to the players’ parking area, where cameras from DailyMail.com captured Kelce and Swift escaping in Kelce’s Rolls Royce. Swift was wearing a Chiefs varsity jacket with her nickname, “Tay-Ta,” while Kelce was casually dressed in sweatpants with a knit cap over his shaved head.
Kelce made sure to open the door for his New Year’s Eve date, being the gentlemen that he is.
It is thought that the two are ringing in 2024 in a private party in the Kansas City region with family and friends. Earlier in the evening, Swift’s opulent box was spotted containing Kelce’s mother, Donna.

Cameras saw Swift and a young fan enjoying the expected victory late in the fourth quarter after Kansas City’s Chris Jones sacked Bengals quarterback Jake Browning during Cincinnati’s last drive.
With just three receptions for 16 yards on four targets by the end of the game, Kelce was all but inconsequential for Patrick Mahomes and company. He’s just a few yards away from recording his ninth straight season with 1,000 yards.
But the win was important for the 10-6 Chiefs. Not only does Kansas City win the AFC West for the ninth time in a row, but it also does it following a terrible 3-8 run that put their season in jeopardy. Naturally, a lot of people have said that Swift was in some way to blame for diverting Kelce and the Chiefs from the task at hand, but on Sunday, Kansas City overcame the Bengals, falling to 8-8, thanks to a comeback victory.
Swift joyfully celebrated the win with a young admirer by yelling in the boy’s face and putting her finger in the air.

Furthermore, as several fans pointed out, Swift was donning a Chiefs jacket with the rumoured nickname for the 34-year-old singer, “Tay-Tay,” sewn close to the pocket. On social media, Swifties went crazy over this, expressing their happiness that he has taken on the fan base’s nickname for her.
Additionally, as is customary at Arrowhead, supporters brought placards in an attempt to get her attention.
A astute Chiefs fan wrote, “They’re Dynamite!” and called the infatuated couple “T-N-T.”
One other young person who went said that she was “here just for Taylor.”
After Harrison Butker went a career-high 6 for 6 on field goals, Kansas City’s last seven possessions saw them hold the Bengals scoreless.

For Kansas City (10-6), Patrick Mahomes threw for 245 yards and a score. The team also guaranteed at least the No. 3 spot and a home playoff game. Rashee Rice had five catches for 127 yards, while Isiah Pacheco ran eighteen times for 130 yards.
The Bengals (8-8), who were playing for their own postseason lives, had taken a 10-point lead early on but were down 25-17 when Butker scored his final field goal of the game, a 46-yarder through strong wind, with 2:59 left.
Jake Browning gave the Bengals one more opportunity, hitting Tyler Boyd to convert a long fourth down and move into Kansas City territory. However, the Chiefs’ dreams of a comeback were dashed when George Karlaftis and Chris Jones sack George Karlaftis back-to-back, giving the Chiefs eight points for the day.
Browning completed with a touchdown pass and 197 yards of completion. Joe Mixon had the touchdown reception after running 65 yards.
Butker scored the last eighteen points of the game with conversions from 54, 43, 27, 24, 48, and 46 yards.

The Bengals and Chiefs have met in two AFC championship games that have come down to the wire, so they are used to playing high-stakes games when the weather gets cold. And they are typically followed by a lot of trash talk, whether it comes from public leaders or, like this past week, athletes like Ja’Marr Chase of the Bengals.

The Chiefs offence started to come alive in the second half as their defence grew more rigid.
They forced a fourth-and-1 at the Kansas City 6 and outran the Bengals, then proceeded 82 yards for Butker’s third field goal. Additionally, Mahomes struck Rashee Rice for 67 yards to set up Butker’s chip shot and give the Chiefs a secure lead after the Bengals were forced to punt.
